New and exciting webinar content ahead for 2024!
For those of you who are consistent and loyal followers of our webinar content, we have some good news for you!
The first half of 2024 will be packed with webinar content focused on delivering never shared before insights, case studies and best practices to help you optimize your fulfillment operations by reducing inefficiencies and instilling a culture of sustainable and profitable growth!
It doesn’t matter what industry you’re operating in. If you’re a warehousing and distribution leader running or overseeing a complex and high-volume environment or network, this content is for you.
Also, if you didn’t get to check out our last webinar “optimizing slotting strategies – balancing mass re-slotting and daily optimization for operational excellence” you’ll have another chance to see it in the new year.
So, without further ado, here’s what you can expect in terms of content:
Our first, and currently only scheduled webinar, of the year (January 18th) is an interactive discussion with Rodney Bonds, a supply chain executive with over 25 years of experience and a long-standing client of ours. The title of the discussion is “Combating Inefficiency in Distribution Centers”. This is one of the more unique pieces of content that we’ve released thus far as it touches on the subject from the perspective of a highly experienced supply chain leader. We also reduced the visuals as a way to promote more free-flowing discussion. So, if you’re one of those people who enjoy putting on educational content as you work (like me), this one is for you.
So, what’s on the agenda for this conversation?
Well, as broad as the title is, we narrow the discussion down to 4 sections:
- Understanding the dangers of settled inefficiency
- Safeguarding against inefficiency
- Consequences of ignoring inefficiency
- Proactive management and technological solutions
